When I visit Berlin, I always go to Checkpoint Charlie… not because its a ‘must see’ (it is must see once) but as my favourite baristas are located metres from there. Exit the Kochstraße U-Bahn station, and walk back a few shops.
Amazing Coffee, great atmosphere and easily on any city-sightseeing route.
